Suggested Use

Body application :
- Remove the pad from the packaging and apply it to the targeted area where aches or pains are present
- Apply as many pads as required to cover the affected area pressing and holding them firmly to secure them
- Be careful not to overlap the pad adhesives and ensure that the area where you are applying the pad is clear from perspiration or moisture as this can cause the pads to become dislodged
- Keep applied for a maximum of 12 hours and re-apply as required
- Depending on whether or not you have a cold, a warm or neutral body constitution will determine the level of FIR warmth you can feel. Please note that people who have good circulation should be aware that the patches could become uncomfortably warm and affect sleep. People with a cold body constitution may not experience the warmth.

Foot application :
- Simply remove the outer packaging and then place the pad horizontally across the sole of each foot, pressing firmly to secure it
- There are three zones where the pad can be applied : toe, heel and the arch of the foot
- Apply 3 pads to each foot for a whole body detox or to test where the body is not naturally removing toxins effectively
- Pads should be left on for between 5-12 hours normally during sleep time and then a new one should be applied the next time you go to bed each night
- Next morning the patch with its dark toxic waste is simply removed and disposed of
- The benefits should be felt within 3 days of use; however depending upon the individual the detox may require 5 - 15 days to achieve maximum results. The question of ‘how long?’ is a matter of the user's own conditions and lifestyle. However the general rule of thumb is to stop using the patches when they start to become patchy and lighter in color
