If you are taking medication, it is best to take the G5 one hour before or after the medication.
For prevention and as a supplement, take one tablespoon (0.3 fl oz) of G5 Organic Silica Liquid first thing in the morning or on an empty stomach. Swish the liquid around the mouth for a minute before swallowing. Stop after 30 days.
Contact your doctor before taking a higher dose in order to help treat any medical conditions.
Compresses
Moisten a piece of gauze or cotton wool with the liquid and apply over the area. Cover with plastic wrap or bandage. The compress should be left in place for 6-8 hours or overnight.
Poultices
Moisten a piece of gauze or cotton wool and apply it to the skin for about 10 minutes and then remove. Let the skin dry. If skin becomes red or itchy, use as a compress, instead.
